50th Anniversary Celebratory Season 2019-2020

The King's Academy nationally acclaimed Theatre Company is pleased to announce its exciting 50th Anniversary Celebratory Season. The 2019-2020 season will celebrate the history of The King's Academy and its commitment to excellence in the Performing Arts by producing some of the company's most loved shows. The upcoming season is sure to entertain audiences of all ages through it's incredible music and story-telling with surprise performances from numerous TKA alumni and Broadway professionals such as Nathaniel Adams, Brittany Wallace, Gregorio Umana, Tess Soltau, Caleb Adams and more. This will be a season like no other under the direction of the Company's Artistic Director, David Snyder.

The TKA Theatre Company is thrilled to open their season with Aida - this exciting production, with music from Elton John and Tim Rice, will showcase the many talents of the Company's singers and dancers. Aida will certainly have everyone on their feet.

Next the Company will take you to Paris with Disney's Hunchback of Notre Dame. This beautiful story with an opulent score from Stephen Schwartz will bring to life the glorious Cathedral of Notre Dame.

We will take a compelling twist with the fascinating production of Jekyll and Hyde featuring some of the best music written by composer Frank Wildhorn. This musical thriller set in London will be a technical work of art as the Company brings this classic tale from Robert Louis Stevenson to life on stage.

Next you are invited to the ball as the Company produces Rogers and Hammerstein's Cinderella. Audiences will experience all the magic of this glorious fairy tale as this classic love story is told.

The TKA Theatre Company will end its 50th Anniversary Celebratory Season with Broadway's longest running show, Andrew Lloyd Webber's, The Phantom of the Opera. This musical masterpiece will come to life in full spectacle with incredible special effects, powerful singing and inspiring story-telling.
